About
Built for the one market everyone else treats as a sideline.
Most agencies will take a stairlift client and learn the market on their budget. We only work in this market, so there is nothing to learn on your money.
The problem we exist to solve
Stairlift companies are unusually badly served by marketing. The generalist agency treats you as one more home-improvement client and runs the same creative it runs for conservatories. The lead broker sells the same enquiry to you and three competitors, then leaves you racing to the phone and discounting to win a job you already paid for.
Both produce the same outcome: surveyors driving to houses that were never going to buy, and a pipeline that cannot be forecast from one month to the next.
The gap is not more leads. It is qualification. Somebody has to establish that the person is a homeowner, that the staircase is what they think it is, and that they intend to do something about it this quarter, before a van leaves the depot.
Why stairlifts, and only stairlifts
Narrowing to one market is a commercial decision, not a branding one. It means the audiences, the creative angles and the qualification script are already proven on the day you start, rather than three months and a five-figure budget later.
It also means we can say no. We turn down mobility retailers, bathroom converters and anyone whose core business is not supplying and fitting stairlifts, because the moment we spread across categories we lose the only real advantage we have.
One market, run properly, beats six markets run adequately.
How we built the system
The current process is the result of running campaigns, watching where enquiries died, and closing each gap in turn.
- 01We started with ads aloneEnquiry volume was fine. Conversion was not. Dealers were getting form fills from tenants, from people pricing up for a relative who lived elsewhere, and from buyers eighteen months out.
- 02We added a qualification layerHomeowner status, stair type, floor, mobility need, timeline and budget, captured before anyone got called. Volume dropped. Booked surveys went up.
- 03We put humans on the phoneOver-60s buyers do not respond to automated follow-up. A real person calling within minutes, in plain English, changed contact rates more than any creative test we have ever run.
- 04We closed the loop on installsTracking through to fitted stairlifts, not form fills, told us which audiences actually produce revenue. That signal now feeds the campaigns weekly.
How we work
One dealer per territory
We will not run two competing advertisers in the same patch. It bids up cost for both and neither gets a fair result.
Every enquiry gets a human
No chatbots, no automated-only follow-up. A person rings, confirms fit and books the survey.
Measured on installs
Form fills are not the product. We report on surveys attended and jobs won, because that is what you actually bank.
Rolling, not locked in
After an initial period long enough to produce meaningful data, it is month to month. If it stops working you should be able to leave.
Where we work
We run campaigns across the United Kingdom and the United States. The two markets behave differently enough that we treat them separately: VAT relief, financing norms, seasonal demand and even the language buyers use around mobility all diverge.
Territories are set by drive time from your depots or engineers, not by arbitrary regions, and we can run several in parallel where you have the coverage.
